Q: What is your return policy?

AWe guarantee all merchandise sold at www.packit.com. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. In order to receive a refund (for product only), all products must be returned in the condition in which they were received: unused and undamaged and in original packaging (whenever possible). Please note that we do not offer prepaid return labels, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. If you believe you have received a defective product, it may be eligible for replacement under our 90 day limited warranty. Please also note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, accidents or improper handling. 

  • If purchased on PackIt.com: PackIt will honor our 90-day limited manufacturer’s warranty. You may contact PackIt Customer Service at CustomerService@packit.com to begin the warranty claim process to request a replacement only. No refund can be provided.

  • If you purchased from a retail store or online company: Contact the retailer to determine the store’s policy for refund or replacement.

  • If the product is defective within 90 days of purchase but beyond the store’s/online company's policy for return or exchange; PackIt will honor our 90-day limited manufacturer’s warranty. You may contact PackIt Customer Service at CustomerService@packit.com to begin the warranty claim process to request a replacement only. No refund can be provided.
