A: S&H is a flat rate of $5 for all orders; expedited 5-7 day shipping is also available for $15.00. There is a $10 surcharge for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
A: After you place your order, you'll receive an initial email with the order information. That is followed by a second email once the order is processed with tracking and final order information. Processing an order takes between 24 and 48 hours. Please allow 10-15 days for shipping once the order is processed if you have selected flat rate shipping; expedited shipping is approximately 5-7 days.
A: All orders are shipped in the same box via UPS Surepost (UPS ships to your local USPS post office, which then ships to your doorstep).
A: No, we do not currently ship to PO Boxes.
A: No, we do not currently ship internationally.
A: Yes, we do accept payment via PayPal.
A: Yes, the PackIt comes with a Manufacturer's Limited Warranty: This product is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper handling. If you feel you have a defective product, you must email CustomerService@packit.com to begin the warranty claim process.
A: If you are unhappy with your PackIt purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the price of the product. Please note that we do NOT refund shipping and handling charges.
